Hawthorne Residential Partners, a fully integrated multifamily investment, management, and development firm with a portfolio of over 42,000 apartments throughout the southeast recently sold two communities in Texas: Hawthorne at Southshore and Hawthorne at Victoria.

Hawthorne at South Shore, acquired in 2014, is a 240-unit multifamily community located in League City, Texas.  The waterfront community offers one- and two-bedroom luxury homes with the best of the Shore Shore Harbor lifestyle, panoramic marina views, and best-in-class wellness amenities.  Newmark’s David Mitchell marketed South Shore on our behalf.

Hawthorne at Victoria, acquired in 2014, is a 286-unit multifamily community located in Victoria, TX.  The recently renovated community offers one- and two-bedroom luxury homes with build-in computer desks, modern kitchens with stainless steel appliances, and luxury amenities.  Walker & Dunlop’s Ryan Epstein and Jennifer Ray marketed Hawthorne at Victoria.

Both communities will be renamed by the buyers pursuant to the branding strategy.
